A part of us – our partners
The highest value of a company does not become visible at the stock market or when it comes to turnover. It becomes visible by the trust of people who work with that company. Apart from the employees, there are all those partners and suppliers. More than everything else, this trust has to be earned by long-term reliability at all levels. We are completely traditional in this matter: a handshake is a handshake, a promise is a promise. Things like these are binding for us. In that field, we leave the “Tinder mentality” to others. We strive for long-term partnerships and we put much more emphasis on this than on possible short-term commercial success or on saving financial means.
In good company
A quote from the movie “The Amazing Spider-Man” is: “From great strength results great responsibility”. But although AIB KUNSTMANN is not a super hero, and as every individual can do something for his or her environment, a company can, too. Because we are grateful for the chances that we had and have, and we are convinced of the idea that it is our responsibility to offer chances to others, both on the large and small scale.
In coordination with our employees, we do not just make small Christmas presents, we support Doctors Without Borders and we donate money to a children’s hospital in the Allgäu region every year.
Beyond that, we support volunteer work of our employees, like in sports clubs or in regional projects by various measures. And of course, we offer chances by internships and consequent apprenticeships or targeted training for our employees.
Creating a "pro-environment" awareness
We are from the Allgäu. Therefore, we grow up with a healthy understanding for the value and meaning of the environment. We as a company, of course, leave an ecological footprint with our work. However, our definite goal is to make sure that this footprint is as small as possible.
By information and training, we promote the awareness of our employees for environment and responsibility and we focus on an environmentally friendly approach throughout all of our processes and in product quality. Pollution is reduced wherever possible, permanently, or even avoided completely.
With our recyclable EcoTray, we have developed a globally unique solution when it comes to the environment, which will hopefully facilitate a change of thinking regarding the use of battery trays in the future.
