Production
We produce our best-quality racks in Tussenhausen, Bavaria, Germany.
After sawing, the parts are welded.
Thanks to our large preliminary, interim and final warehousing capacities, we can also accomplish major orders in the short term.
In the steel plant, the parts are cleaned and the surface is enlarged.
They are heated up to 300° C in the furnace.
Then the parts are put into the fluid-bed basin.
After a short cool-down period, the parts are checked and packaged. Then they are ready in the warehouse for your purchase order.
Our rack production in Tussenhausen is certified as per ISO 9001:2015.
We have a TÜV certificate for our earthquake racks.
