PUR-Trays are mainly used in very large battery-operated vehicles of various manufacturers that need a high battery performance and long lifetime.

For special requirements and at your request, every tray type can be PUR-coated.
Delivery periods
Since these trays are manufactured order-based, delivery time is between 3-4 weeks.
PUR-Trays are manufactured with respect to German quality standards, they are 100 % checked in terms of quality and dimensional accuracy, already as blanks. After coating, they are 100 % checked regarding dielectric strength with 5 kV and they are then labelled with a quality seal. They trays furthermore fulfil DIN EN 62485-3 (formerly VDE 0510-47 and DIN EN 50272-3).
The basic material is steel with a PUR coating and wet-coated with your desired colour.
In case of larger PUR quantities, the trays can also be PUR-coated in the desired colour.
